Cyberpunk

The word Cyberpunk first appeared as the title of a short story by Bruce Bethke in 1983. It was a story about a bunch of hackers. The subculture of Cyberpunk is also inspired by the science-fiction novels of William Gibson and the Blade Runner movie.

Cyberpunk fashion lovers are often seen with heavy dreadlock wigs in various vivid colours, bold make up, lots of face piercings and hardware - accessorized outfits.

In art, digital pictures of human beings with electronic parts is also a basic element of this wonderful movement, giving a dreamy/nightmary result and many thoughts about the human future.

Kobi Levi

Kobi Levi specializes in artistic shoe designs that remind more of sculptures than ordinary footwear. The result is humouristic and unusual.

He has collaborated with many international companies in Israel, Italy, China and Brazil and his work has been shown in great exhibitons in various cities like Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Tokyo, Verona, St. Etienne and Berlin.

He personally considers shoes as his canvas and starts creating as soon as the idea and concept comes to his mind, managing to make a design being alive with or without the foot.
