Banal Chic Bizarre F/W 2011-12 Collection

This is a post dedicated to my male readers, who are quite a lot, after their demand for more menswear suggestions. Banal Chic Bizarre's Student Worker collection for upcoming winter has enough colour to brighten up winter night and days, and utility as well, as it can be worn not only by boys, but by their girlfriends, too. Great jackets and capes, slim pants, shorts, skirts, plaids and logos. Very interesting catwalk concept.

Yasumasa Morimura

Yasumasa Morimura is a Japanese appropriation artist, born in Osaka and a Kyoto  City University of Arts graduate. Although his work has been characterized as provocative or even kitschy it has been exhibited in great museums and galleries worldwide like the Museum of Contemporary Art at Chicago, the Cartier Foundation of Contemporary Art, the Museum of Contemporary Art at San Diego and many more.

He was nominated with the Hugo Boss prize in 1996.
